About Us

Integrated Coordination Services (ICS) provides high-quality Level 2 Support Coordination, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for people with complex and high-risk circumstances.

We work alongside participants, families, guardians, and providers to translate NDIS plans into practical, coordinated supports, bringing multiple services together into one clear and manageable pathway aligned with each participant’s individual NDIS goals, aspirations, and support needs. ICS specialises in complex care coordination, urgent intervention and support planning, and multi-agency collaboration, including hospital discharge, housing instability, and justice involvement. We focus on reducing barriers to plan implementation, strengthening safeguards, managing risk, and building participant capacity to ensure people are safe, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful and long-term outcomes.
